Hey everyone!
So anw, didnt post for quite
a few days.
Wanna noe y?
Well, on fri night, when i
wanted to put my hw in my bag,
only to find out tt i couldnt
find my hw inside my file.
I spent like abt 1h searching
for it and still NOTHING.
So later i realised tt it was
accidentally thrown away by
my maid. D:
When i found out i was like so
sad man.
Cuz i spent like so much of my
time doing those hw and its not
lil u noe, it was like 3/4 of the
hw just thrown away.
That was y i had to spent the
whole of ysd trying to finish all
the hw.
But the good thing was, i did
manage to finish everything.
YAY! ;D
Ok, so enough abt tt.
Let me tell u bout the 1st day of sch.
Ok, so as usual, i woke up abt 6am
and got ready for sch.
It seemed to diff waking up so
early cuz u noe im very used to
only waking up around 1-2pm.
When i reached sch, it was still
pretty early n tt was kinda a gd
thing cuz i got to choose seats.
Then aft some time,
Ash came and she sat next to me.
Oh and guess wad?
Nw during assembly, we get
to sit at the top part of the hall!
And its so cool cuz we dun have to
like cross our legs and sit down
but we can seat on big steps which is
like way more comfy and better still,
we get to see alot more frm up there.
Ok, so for the rest of the day,
we didnt study at all.
Which is obviously i gd thing.
So we just chatted and stuff.
I think it was quite fun,
wasnt tt boring ... for me.
LOL.
But i was still looking forward to
go hm which is now pushed back to 2pm.
D':
Sad.
Oh but i was kinda freaked out when
Ms Ang told us abt the streaming for
this yr.
I soo hope tt i could be in the same
class as my frens man!
I cant imagine if i was like in
a whole diff class and there's like
nobody i noe.
Tt would be like a major nightmare.
Ok, but other than tt,
i had a good 1st day i guess.
(:
BYE! :D
Have you found honey? Eat only as much as you need.
— Proverbs 25:16
When you walk into the bookstore and see a table filled with books on dieting, you know it must be January. After several weeks of overeating all kinds of holiday foods, people in many cultures turn their attention to not eating.
Food plays an important role in Scripture. God uses it not only to bless us but also to teach us. Our misuse of food keeps us from knowing God in ways He wants to be known.
In the Old Testament, God gave instructions to Adam as to what to eat and what not to eat (Gen. 2:16-17). Later He gave the Israelites manna to convince them that He was God and to test them to find out if they believed Him (Ex. 16:12; Deut. 8:16). In the New Testament, the apostle Paul stated the proper attitude for everything we do, including eating: “Whether you eat or drink, . . . do all to the glory of God”
(1 Cor. 10:31).
When we think of food as a friend that comforts us or an enemy that makes us fat, we miss the wonder of receiving with gratitude a splendid gift from God. Obsessive eating or not eating indicates that we are focused on the gift rather than on the Giver, which is a form of idolatry.
When eating becomes a true act of worship, we will no longer worship food.

You alone are worthy, Lord,
To be worshiped and adored;
We to You our tribute bring
As our hearts rejoice and sing.
— Hess
When food becomes our god, our appetite for the Bread of Life is diminished.
